Sergio has over 20 years' experience in the digital world, both with advertising agencies and with advertisers, where he held the position of digital director before becoming CEO of Make Me Win. Today, he is recognized as an expert in digital acquisition and omnichannel marketing.

He helps companies define and manage high-performance acquisition strategies, based on a data-driven structuring of customer journeys, an agile MarTech stack and a full-funnel approach resolutely focused on ROI. He designs marketing systems based on behavioral analysis, precise tracking and consistent multi-touch attribution.

With a strong results-oriented culture, he is involved in both execution and the structuring of marketing teams and internal processes. His approach blends technical expertise, strategic vision and pedagogy, encouraging teams to develop their skills and organizations to undergo lasting transformation.

He thus helps companies to accelerate their growth, optimize their marketing campaigns and reinforce their operational efficiency, with a constant focus on performance and clarity.

He has evolved in ultra-competitive, low-margin sectors, where market solutions were often costly, inflexible or ill-adapted to operational realities and to customer journeys that had become cross-channel and complex.

His background is deeply rooted in finance, innovation and entrepreneurship. Having supported a number of fast-growing companies, Dominique now puts his expertise at the service of impact projects, as a business angel and committed mentor.

Throughout his career, he has held management positions in demanding environments, combining strategic management, operational structuring and the quest for performance. His global vision of business issues, rigorous analysis and ability to transform complex models into profitable solutions make him a partner of choice for the startups he supports. He takes a demanding, benevolent and ambitious approach to helping his projects grow.
